Today:
- Ask me what we did in P.E and music
- In science we answered questions about waste management 
- In writing we practiced adding correct punctuation to our sentences
- In math, we practiced calculating the duration of different events. Ask me to solve the questions below
- We had finish up time and finished our one word project. Ask me what my word is 
- We learned about our new choice board that we can use when we finish our work. Ask me about it

1. Ms. Wolsey got to school at 7:02 am and left at 4:56 pm. How long was she at school for? 

2. Enes went to the Calgary Flames game at 2:44 pm and the game ended at 4:33 pm. How long was he at the game for?

3. Mila started her baseball game at 9:03 am and the game lasted 5 and a half hours. What time did her baseball game end? 

4. Yoon went to KFC at 5:28 pm and left at 7:42 pm. How long was he there for?

5. Dior went to flying squirrel at 4:43 pm and stayed there for 4 hours and 38 minutes. What time did she leave?

6. Ask me to come up with my own time word problem!

Today: - We did another STEM challenge called "paper chain." Ask me about it  - We started our first science unit called Matter. Today we made our title page and learned new vocabulary words  - We made bookmarks  - We continued to work on our self portrait art  - In P.E we played gaga ball  - We played Power of Ten Games   - We did our daily word work. Ask me what root words I learned today  - We continued our daily read aloud of "Wild Summer"  - We had some finish-up time today. We also had a class discussion about the importance of staying focused on our job, using our time wisely, and ALWAYS doing our best work.
